Bioactivity Tubulin polymerization-IN-12 is a tubulin polymerization inhibitor (IC50=0.75 μM). Tubulin polymerization-IN-12 arrests cell cycle at G2/M phase, and exhibits cytotoxicity against cancer cells[1].
