Bioactivity Piperafizine B exhibits slightly cytotoxicity in moser cells, P388 cells and Vincristine (VCR) (HY-N0488)-resistant P388 cells (IC50s is 23.8, 22.6 and 23.7 μg/mL, respectively). Piperafizine B exhibits synergistic effects with Vincristine, enhances the VCR-induced cytotoxicity and ameliorates the leukemia in mouse model[1].
