Bioactivity | ETB is a potent Hsp60 chaperone activity inhibitor. ETB blockes the chaperone activities of the wild-type protein and of the C237A and C447A mutant proteins. ETB binds to Hsp60 Cys442 and shows the resistance of the C442A mutant to ETB inhibition[1]. |
