Bioactivity Venlafaxine-d6 (hydrochloride) is the deuterium labeled Venlafaxine hydrochloride. Venlafaxine hydrochloride (Wy 45030 hydrochloride) is an orally active, potent serotonin (5-HT)/norepinephrine (NE) reuptake dual inhibitor. Venlafaxine is an antidepressant[1].
