Bioactivity | Tubulin/PARP-IN-2 (compound 14) is a dual PARP-Tubulin inhibitor. Tubulin/PARP-IN-2 inhibits PARP1, PARP2, and tubulin activity with IC50 values of 74 nM, 109 nM, and 1.4 µM, respectively. Tubulin/PARP-IN-2 induces apoptosis as well as autophagy. Tubulin/PARP-IN-2 causes cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase[1]. |
