Bioactivity	Trichodermamide B is a JAK/STAT3 inhibitor. Trichodermamide B exhibits a potent antiproliferative activity with an IC50 value of 0.12 μM against HCT116. Trichodermamide B induces cell apoptosis and has anti-cancer effects[1].
