Bioactivity | TMX1 is a BRD4 covalent molecular glue degrader. TMX1 is also a redox-sensitive oxidoreductase, enriched on the mitochondria-associated membrane (MAM), the site of ER-mitochondria Ca(2+) flux. TMX1 is a thiol-based tumor suppressor. TMX1 also increases mitochondrial ATP production and apoptosis progression[1][2]. |
