Bioactivity | TAT-D1 peptide is a selective D1-D2 heterogeneous antagonist. TAT-D1 peptide destroys the heterodimer of the D1-D2 receptor by interacting with the specific domain of the D2 receptor through its unique amino acid sequence, in particular the two glutamate residues at the C terminal of the D1 receptor. TAT-D1 peptide can be used to study the role of D1-D2 receptor heterodimers in the regulation of depressive and anxiety-like behaviors[1]. |
