Bioactivity | Sodium caseinates, the salt of casein, are the main milk protein. Sodium caseinate are able to induce proliferation and activation of granulocytes as well as increase the serum concentration of two key cytokines, GM-CSF and G-CSF. Sodium caseinate induces mouse granulopoiesis[1]. |
