RA-XII activates Akt-mTOR singaling pathway, inhibits the formation of autophagosomes, and thus suppresses autophagy. RA-XII induces apoptosis through AMPK/mTOR/P70S6K pathway. RA-XII inhibit metastasis via reducing cell adhesion and invasion in breast cancer cells.
