Invitro | Pirazolac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Pirazolac concentration-relatedly inhibits the accumulation of prostanoids in incubates of human gastric mucosa, but this inhibition is less than that by indomethacin and other commonly used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. This difference may explain the claim that Pirazolac is less damaging to the stomach[1]. |
