Invitro | OX11 exhibits an MIC value of 15.75 μg/mL against P. aeruginosa and E. coli. OX11 is moderately effective against multidrug resistant strains (MDR) K. georgiana and C. werkmanii strains. OX11 exhibited a synergistic effect with AMP against the Acinetobacter isolate in addition to K. pneumoniae and K. georgiana[1]. |
