Bioactivity ODN 105870, a G-modified inhibitory oligonucleotide (INH-ODN), is a selective TLR7 inhibitor. ODN 105870 can be uesd for inflammatory immune responses research[1].
Invitro ODN 105870 potently inhibits the TLR7-induced TNF-α response in bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs)[1].In case of Imiquimod-stimulated B cells, ODN 105870 (10 μM) reduces the ATP content to the pretreatment level[1].
