Bioactivity	MCPG is a carboxylic phenyl glycine. MCPG can block metabotropic glutamate receptor (mGluR)(HY-15129) and has antagonistic activity of mGluR subtype. MCPG can be used to study the induction and maintenance of long-term potentiation (LTP) [1].
Invitro	MCPG (300 μM, 1, 和 3 mM) 在海马体切片中对1S、3R-ACPD诱导磷酸肌醇 (PPI) 水解的浓度依赖性增加有抑制作用[1]。MCPG (20 mM, 200 mM) 对长时程增强 (LTP) 有选择性阻断作用 (20 mM) ，也能抑制破伤风诱导的短时程增强 (STP) (200 mM) [1]。 0 --> MCPG sodium 相关抗体:
