Bioactivity Laulimalide is a microtubule-stabilizing agent. Laulimalide increases density of microtubule during the interphase, forms microtubule bundles and abnormal mitotic spindles, results in mitotic arrest and apoptosis. Laulimalide is resistent to P-glycoprotein[1].
