Bioactivity | LG 6-101 is an orally active and new antiarrhythmic agent. LG 6-101 shows strong antiarrhythmic effects in a coronary-artery-ligation model of rats, better than Propafenone (HY-B0432). LG 6-101 also delays the occurence of ventricular premature beat (VPB)'s and has protective effects against cardiac arrest caused by infusion of aconitine[1][2]. |
