Bioactivity | Istaroxime oxalate (PST2744 oxalate) is the oxalate form of Istaroxime (HY-15718). Istaroxime oxalate is is an inotropic agent, that inhibits Na+/K+-ATPase with an IC50 of 0.11 μM. Istaroxime oxalate increases force of contraction in guinea pig atria and twitch amplitude in isolated guinea pig myocytes without causing lethal arrhythmias[1][2]. |
