| Bioactivity | Iladatuzumab vedotin (DCDS-0780A) is an antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) containing humanized IgG1 anti-human CD79B monoclonal antibody (MCDS0593A; HY-P99656) conjugated to MMAE via a protease labile linker. Iladatuzumab vedotin uses novel THIOMAB technology (TDC) to consistently conjugate two MMAE molecules per antibody using engineered cysteine residues. Iladatuzumab vedotin has the potential for B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) research[1]. |
