Bioactivity | IP2015 is an inhibitor for monoamine reuptake, that inhibits the reuptake of dopamine, serotonin (5-HT), and noradrenaline. IP2015 increases release of central dopamine and peripheral nitric oxide (NO), causes the NO-mediated relaxation of erectile tissue, and thus induces erection in rat model[1]. |
