Bioactivity IAV-IN-2 (Compound MC-22) inhibits for Influenza A Virus (IAV) through blocking the entry of IAV into host cell via clathrin-mediated endocytosis (CME)[1].
Invitro IAV-IN-2 (0.01-10 µM) 抑制 IAV A/X-31 (H3N2) (IC50 为 4.08 µM),A/WSN/33 (H1N1),A/Udorn/72 (H3N2) 和 A/NYMC (H3N2),抑制效力为 97%–100%[1]。IAV-IN-2 (1-1000 μM) 在细胞 A549 中表现出细胞毒性,CC50 为 33.9 μM[1]。IAV-IN-2 (10 μM) 会导致内体成熟缺陷,从而破坏病毒核心在内体运输过程中的逐步启动,使病毒无法脱去衣壳并释放基因组[1]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
