Bioactivity | HSR-609 is an orally active amphoteric antiallergic agent. HSR-609 has a high affinity for histamine H1-receptor in the guinea pig cerebral cortex. HSR-609 inhibits allergic airway hyperresponsiveness to Acetylcholine. HSR-609 shows poor ability to penetrate into the CNS in mice and guinea pigs[1][2]. |
