Bioactivity Glyurallin B is a flavonoid, that can be isolated from licorice (Glycyrrhiza inflata and Glycyrrhiza uralensis). Glyurallin B shows ABTS+ radical scavenging activity and the inhibitory activity on lipid peroxidation, with EC50 values of 11.9 ± 0.58 μM and 15.3 ± 1.26 μM, respectivley[1].
Invitro Glyurallin B (10 μM) 对 RAW 264.7 细胞的生长具有明显的细胞毒性作用 (10 μM 时细胞活力为 26.3 ± 5.3%)[1]。
