Bioactivity Glycolate oxidase-IN-1(compound 26), a salicylic acid derivative, is a glycolate oxidase (GO) inhibitor with an IC50 of 38.2 μM. Glycolate oxidase-IN-1 has the ability to reduce oxalate production in hyperoxalate hepatocytes and can be used in the study of primary hyperoxaluria type 1 (PH1)[1].
Invitro Glycolate oxidase-IN-1(compound 26)(0-12.5 μM, 48 h)处理小鼠肝细胞,在浓度为 6.25 μM 时,排出的草酸盐水平显着降低 67.3 ± 32%。在 12.5 μM 的浓度下,处理 24 小时和 48 小时后分别减少105.8 ± 29.2% 和 62.3 ± 24.4%,且没有任何细胞毒性[1]。
