FC-11 can also induce endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress to generate excess reactive oxygen species (ROS), leading to mitochondrial damage, thereby promoting apoptosis in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells by targeting microtubules. FC-11 can be used in cancer research[1]. |
