Bioactivity	Oseltamivir (GS 4104) is an orally active influenza virus neuraminidase inhibitor (NAI). Oseltamivir inhibits influenza A/H3N2, A/H1N2, A/H1N1, and B viruses with mean IC50s of 0.67, 0.9, 1.34 and 13 nM, respectively[1].
In Vivo	Oseltamivir (20 mg/kg/天，口服，每天两次，持续 10 天) 可预防 H1N1pdm 病毒感染小鼠的死亡[2]。Oseltamivir (10 mg/kg/天，口服灌胃，5天) 联合 Amantadine (HY-B0402) (15或30 mg/kg) 对小鼠 H5N1流感病毒感染的保护效果优于单一疗法[3] 。Oseltamivir还可与 Ribavirin (HY-B0434), 或 Favipiravir (HY-14768), 或Peramivir (HY-17015A) 一起用于预防小鼠流感病毒感染[4][5]。
