Bioactivity Euphjatrophane M (Compound 6) is a FOXO1 inhibitor that can reduce the phosphorylation of NF-κB p65 and has anti-inflammatory properties. Euphjatrophane M can inhibit the production of nitric oxide and also suppress the mRNA expression of IL-6, IL-1β, and TNFα in RAW 264.7 macrophages induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS, HY-D1056)[1].
