Bioactivity | Demethoxyviridiol is a mycotoxin originally isolated from N. hinnuleum. Demethoxyviridiol induces lethality in day-old cockerels (LD50=4.2 mg/kg). Demethoxyviridiol is also an inhibitor of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K). |
