Bioactivity	Delequamine (RS-15385-197) is an orally active and selective α2-adrenergic receptor antagonist. Delequamine can increase the sexual behavior score of both male and female rats and can be used in the research of sexual dysfunction[1].
In Vivo	Delequamine (0.4-6.4 mg/kg; 口服，单剂量) 在未经过训练的雄性大鼠与经过雌激素-孕激素处理、性接受状态的雌性大鼠接触的模型中能以剂量依赖的方式增加性行为评分。并且 Delequamine (0.4 mg/kg; 口服; 单剂量) 和 8-OH-DPAT (HY-112061) ( 0.1 mg/kg; 皮下注射) 联用能增加大鼠爬跨、插入和射精的百分比，缩短了射精潜伏期并减少插入次数[1]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
