Bioactivity Deacylketoconazole (N-Deacetylketoconazole; R-39519) is an orally active metabolite of Ketoconazole (HY-B0105). Deacylketoconazole exhibits antifungal and antibacterial activity. Deacylketoconazole is cytotoxic in rats hepatocyte[1][2][3].
