Bioactivity | Citrullinated LL-37 3cit is a citrullinated LL-37 (HY-P1222) peptide. Citrullinated LL-37 3cit lacks all antiviral activity at 10 μg/mL and retains some activity against HRV at 30 μg/mL. Citrullinated LL-37 3cit reduces the immunomodulatory activity of LL-37. Citrullinated LL-37 3cit shows a moderate loss in the ability to reduce HRV-induced CCL5 secretion[1]. |
