Bioactivity Cefuzonam is an antibiotic, which exhibits antibacterial activity against gram positive bacteria, such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Neisseria gonorrhoeae, with MIC ranginf from 0.63 to 2 μg/mL. Cefuzonam is an inhibitor for mild steel corrosion by increasing hydrophobicity of the metal surface to the acid solution [1][2].
