Aβ42 agonist-1 can interact with Aβ42 oligomers and pentamers to promote nontoxic aggregate self-assembly and rapid fibril formation. Aβ42 agonist-1 prevents Aβ42-induced cytotoxicity in HT22 hippocampal neuronal cells[1]. |
