Bioactivity Antitumor agent-180 (Compound 13a) is an inhibitor for BUB1 mitotic checkpoint serine/threonine kinase B (BUB1B). Antitumor agent-180 inhibits the proliferation of ccRCC cell Caki-1 with IC50 of 2.047 µM. Antitumor agent-180 induces necrosis and apoptosis in Caki-1[1].
