Bioactivity Antitumor agent-109 (compound 6) is an inhibitor of hyaluronic acid (HY-B0633A) targeting to CD44, as well as an anti-tumor agent. Hyaluronic acid interacts with differentiation cluster 44 (CD44) and is involved in tumor growth and invasion. Antitumor agent-109 inhibits MDA-MB-231 cells with EC50 value of 0.59 μM[1].
