Bioactivity ATB-343 is a derivative of Indomethacin that releases H2S. H2S has cytoprotective and anti-inflammatory effects, inhibiting leukocyte adhesion to vascular endothelium and leukocyte migration to inflammatory sites. ATB-343 can be used to suppress respiratory infections[1][2].
