Bioactivity AMP-Deoxynojirimycin (AMP-DNM) is a potent ceramide glucosyltransferase and GCase 2 inhibitor. AMP-Deoxynojirimycin also is a GlcCer biosynthesis inhibitor[1][2].
Invitro AMP-Deoxynojirimycin (10 μM) significantly blocks the leucine and C17ISO-induced P70S6K phosphorylation in 3T3-L1 cells[1].
