Bioactivity | AKT-IN-25 (Compound 14a) is an inhibitor for Akt, that inhibits the phosphorylation of Akt, and thereby inhibits the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway. AKT-IN-25 arrests the cell cycle at G1 phase, inhibits the cell migration of PANC-1, and inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells PANC-1, PATU-T, and SUIT-2 with IC50s of 3.05, 1.32, and 3.85 μM, respectively[1]. |
