Bioactivity 7β-Hydroxy-epi-androsterone (7β-Hydroxy-EpiA) can bind to ERβ and has anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties. 7β-Hydroxy-epi-androsterone is an endogenous androgenic derivative of dehydroepiandrosterone[1][2][3].
