Bioactivity (R)-Meclonazepam (Ro 11-3624) is an inactive enantiomer of Meclonazepam. Meclonazepam is a benzodiazepine derivative with anti-schistosomiasis activities[1][2].
In Vivo (R)-Meclonazepam (5.6-56 mg/kg; i.p.) lacks of generalization effects in gerbils[1].(R)-Meclonazepam (1-30 mg/kg; i.p.) has no effect on food intake in male rats[2].
