Cotylenin A is a phenanthroquinone compound that synergizes with vitamin K2 to induce monocyte differentiation and growth arrest, while inhibiting c-Myc expression and inducing cyclin G2 expression in human leukemia HL-60 cells. Cotylenin A can be used in acute myeloid leukemia research.
