| In vitro | L-Cysteinesulfinic acid（单水合物）是一种内源性激动剂，可激活与磷脂酶D（PLD）活动增强相关的代谢型受体。L-CSA（单水合物）特异性激活与PLD相连的代谢型兴奋性氨基酸（EAA）受体。在海马切片中，1 mM的L-CSA（单水合物）能显著提高PLD活性，而相同浓度的L-谷氨酸、L-天门冬氨酸和L-HCA则没有效果。在存在iGluR拮抗剂的条件下，L-CSA（单水合物）能在大鼠海马切片中引起PLD活性的剂量依赖性增加，其大致的EC50为500 μM。1 mM的L-CSA（单水合物）诱导的PLD反应在1 μM四氢吐藤毒素存在下并未显著下降，这表明该反应不依赖于L-CSA（单水合物）引起的细胞放电增加。 |
