In vitro Isosorbide 通过增加尿液中渗透性活性溶质的量来增加尿量。渗透性利尿剂还能提高血浆的渗透压。Isosorbide 用于预防或治疗胸痛(心绞痛)。其机制是通过放松通往心脏的血管,从而增加了心脏的血液和氧气供应。[1]
