Description Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (PB-005) influences the migration of neurons, arborization of dendrites, and formation of new synapses.
In vitro Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate 在直接作用于分隔前视区神经元时,选择性地增加含有树突标记MAP-2的神经突长度,并增加神经元的兴奋性[1]。
In vivo 长期给予Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate对性能产生剂量依赖性效果。在雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠中,Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate(5-20 mg/kg;s.c.)显著有效地改善到达平台的潜伏时间[3]。
