Description Sinensetin (Pedalitin permethyl ether) is a methylated flavone found in certain citrus fruits. pocess potent antiangiogenesis and anti-inflammatory, sinensetin enhances adipogenesis and lipolysis.
In vitro Sinensetin在不完全分化培养基中促进3T3-L1前脂肪细胞的成脂作用,并通过提高cAMP水平增强成脂和脂解作用。Sinensetin通过调节抑制剂κB-α(IκB-α)蛋白水平展现出抗炎活性。
