Description Pheophorbide A is a photosensitizer used in in vivo photodynamic therapy (PDT).Phoophorbide A is a lymphatic vasoreactivator with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, and hypoglycemic activities.Phoophorbide A is used in research on diabetes and cancer.
In vitro Pheophorbide A 显著抑制 Hep3B 细胞的生长,IC50值为1.5μM。Pa-PDT 处理细胞中细胞内 ROS 水平升高,当应用抗坏血酸时,细胞毒性作用可以逆转[2]。
In vivo 在雄性免疫正常的 C3H 小鼠( 6周龄,皮下接种 AT-84 细胞)、Pheophorbide a或( 10 mg/kg静脉注射( i.v.) 30 mg/kg腹腔注射;24 h后)显著抑制肿瘤生长达70 %[1]。
