| In Vivo | o-3M3FBS (10 μM) decreases AUC from 1058±189 g/min in control (in the presence of TTX) to 840±134 g/min. Higher concentration of o-3M3FBS (25 μM) further decreases AUC to 457±59 g/min[1]. |
