Bioactivity hDHODH-IN-2 is an analogue of the active metabolite of Leflunomide. hDHODH-IN-2 is a human dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (hDHODH) inhibitor. hDHODH-IN-1 has anti-inflammatory activity[1][2].
Invitro hDHODH-IN-2 (Compound 42) inhibits rat and mouse DHODH with log(1/IC50) values of 5.83 and 5.80, respectively in self-organizing molecular field analysis (SOMFA)[1].
