Bioactivity | diABZI-V/C-DBCO (Compound 3) is a potent STING agonist. diABZI-V/C-DBCO can release diABZI-amine upon activation by cathepsin B to activate STING, leading to the production of interferons and other immune-stimulatory molecules, thereby enhancing the immune system's response to tumors. The EC50 values for diABZI-V/C-DBCO and diABZI-amine in activating STING in THP1-Dual cells are 1.47 and 0.144 nM, respectively, and in primary mouse splenocytes, the EC50 values are 7.7 and 0.17 μM, respectively. diABZI-V/C-DBCO can be used in cancer immunotherapy research[1]. |
