Bioactivity cAIMP (Cyclic Adenosine-Inosine Monophosphate) is an effective synthetic cyclic dinucleotide. cAIMP activates IRF and NF-κB in the THP1 human monocyte reporter cell line (THP1-Dual). cAIMP induces the secretion of IFNs and pro-inflammatory cytokines in vitro in human blood, with an EC50 of 6.4 μmol/L[1].
