Bioactivity Zolazepam is a benzodiazepine derivative with anxiolytic and anticonvulsant properties. Zolazepam combined with Tiletamine causes a decrease in ventilation, resulting in the development of respiratory acidosis. Zolazepam can be used as sedative and muscle relaxants[1].
